“No signal” after the HDfury Integral 2
Typical symptom: the display shows no signal at all, or the Integral 2’s LOGO LED stays off.
Steps to fix it
- Check the LOGO LED. LOGO off means insufficient power or no active input — confirm you are using the official Integral 2 power supply (regulated 5V DC, 2.0A minimum, mini-USB). Power supplies from the HDfury1, HDfury2 or GammaX are rated 0.5–1A and are not sufficient; using one can prevent the unit from starting correctly.
- Confirm the source is switched on and actively outputting a signal before checking the Integral 2.
- Check both HDMI input and output cables are seated correctly. For a 600MHz/18Gbps link (4K60 4:4:4 or 4K60 4:2:2 12-bit) you need a certified high-speed 600MHz/18Gbps HDMI cable — a standard cable can pass 4K30 but fail at full 600MHz bandwidth, which looks like “no signal”.
- If you are trying to feed an HDCP 1.x-only display or AVR, make sure it is connected to the TOP (Downscale) output port, as documented in the manual.
- Issue a Hot Plug Detection event with a short press of the RESET button (or from the USB GUI, RS232, IR or the app) to force the source to re-send its signal.
- As a last resort, switch the EDID slide switch to Fixed EDID with L/R Audio. This is a conservative 4K60 4:2:0 8-bit 300MHz stereo table designed specifically to guarantee a picture in almost any setup, so you can confirm the rest of the chain works before returning to Automix or Custom EDID.
